Hiring Manager
About The Role
Novora is looking for a driven and organized Hiring Manager to help recruit and onboard key operational team members within the company.
This role is focused on internal company hiring only — not creator/talent recruitment.
You’ll help source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates for roles such as:
- Video Editors
- Filmers / Videographers
- Account Managers
- Sales Representatives
- Creative Directors
- Moderators
- Operations Staff
- Other internal team roles
Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates through platforms such as Indeed, Handshake, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Conduct short screening/interview calls
- Evaluate communication skills, professionalism, and fit
- Coordinate with leadership on hiring needs
- Help improve hiring systems and workflows
- Maintain organized communication and candidate tracking
