Billing Specialist

What You'll Do

As a Billing Specialist, you'll play an important role in ensuring our customers receive accurate billing and excellent service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and processing utility bills.
  • Assisting customers with billing questions and account inquiries.
  • Processing payments and maintaining customer account records.
  • Resolving billing discrepancies with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Supporting month-end financial processes and reporting.
  • Working collaboratively with customer service, finance, and operations teams.
