About the Position

As a Cleaning Technician, you will work alongside a teammate to provide high-quality cleaning services for residential clients, vacation rental properties, and selected commercial clients throughout the Coulee Region.

This position is ideal for energetic individuals who enjoy staying active, working as part of a team, and taking pride in delivering exceptional results.

Work assignments are scheduled throughout the Coulee Region and coordinated by management based on client needs and employee availability.

Our work helps families enjoy more free time, supports vacation rental owners and property managers, and helps businesses maintain clean, welcoming environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional cleaning services according to company standards, procedures, and checklists
• Work efficiently and collaboratively with teammates
• Care for client homes, businesses, furnishings, and belongings with professionalism and respect
• Follow company safety procedures and training standards
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with clients and coworkers
• Report concerns, supply needs, maintenance issues, or quality concerns to management
• Assist with residential, vacation rental, and commercial cleaning assignments as needed
• Help maintain company equipment, supplies, and vehicles in a clean and professional manner

Qualifications

Required

• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, standing, walking, and climbing stairs for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening

Preferred

• Previous cleaning, hospitality, customer service, retail, healthcare, or service-industry experience
