Description:
Mason Outreach is hiring Summer Field Organizers to support candidate campaigns ahead of the 2026 elections. This is a paid, full-time seasonal role for students who want hands-on experience in electoral politics, grassroots organizing, and direct voter engagement.
What you'll do:
- Engage voters in face-to-face conversations through door-to-door and community canvassing
- Track and report voter contact data accurately
- Represent the campaign professionally at events and in neighborhoods
- Work as part of a field team under the direction of a field organizer or director

Compensation & benefits:
- $20/hour (hourly wage, this is not a commission or quota-based role)

Qualifications:
- Comfortable talking with people and walking/standing for extended periods
- Reliable, organized, and able to commit to the full seasonal term
- Interest in civic engagement and electoral politics; no prior campaign experience required
