Title: Field Service Assistant

Purpose:  To assist with various tasks regarding EV chargers, during on-site visits. 

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be in the Austin, TX
  • Must have reliable access to transportation
  • Must be a current or former STEM student, with general knowledge in network and tech

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2nd or 3rd year undergraduate student in STEM
  • Comfortable working with internet routers and IoT devices

Duties: 

  • Travel to different locations that house our EV Charging stations. Trouble shoot chargers and internet routers 
  • Follow the steps in the provided manual

 

Before an official interview, a 15 minute phone call with the VP of Technology is required. Official interview will involve a knowledge check, please be ready. 

Training will be provided on how to handle the position's duties. The work will be done on-site, both in and outdoors. Pay is 20$/hr. Very flexible hours, can accommodate other commitments within reason.

This is a very part-time position, with duties coming up every so-often.
