Accounting Intern

Brit Properties is looking for a detail-oriented accounting intern to support our property accounting and financial operations. You'll work with real estate accounting tools and gain hands-on experience in a growing industrial real estate firm.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Support property accounting and financial reporting using Yardi
• Assist with tenant ledgers, rent collection tracking, and expense management
• Gain hands-on experience in real estate accounting operations

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be a college student/recent graduate, available to work July-August
• Must live in the Chicago area
• Experience with accounting principles
• Familiarity with Yardi (preferred)

WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE:

• $20 per hour compensation
• Real-world experience in real estate accounting
• Work directly with our accounting team and leadership
