We're looking for a creative, dependable Content & Media Specialist to help showcase homes through professional photography and video while delivering an exceptional experience for our clients and agents.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a strong foundation in photography and videography and is excited to continue developing their skills independently.
Position Summary
The Content & Media Specialist is responsible for photographing and filming residential properties, editing visual content, and producing marketing assets that help our listings stand out.
The ideal candidate is creative, self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working independently. They enjoy solving problems, learning new technology through research, and consistently producing high-quality work without requiring close supervision.
Essential Responsibilities
- Photograph residential properties using professional camera equipment.
- Capture high-quality video walkthroughs and marketing footage.
- Operate a drone to capture aerial photography and video (FAA Part 107 certification preferred).
- Edit photos and videos using industry-standard software while meeting company quality standards and deadlines.
- Prepare visual content for MLS, social media, websites, and other marketing platforms.
- Create short-form video content for social media.
- Write compelling property descriptions and marketing copy.
- Coordinate directly with agents and homeowners to schedule and conduct media appointments.
- Represent Amy Wienands Real Estate professionally while working in clients' homes.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Maintain photography and video equipment.
- Continuously research and learn new photography, videography, editing techniques, and industry trends.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with DSLR or mirrorless photography.
- Experience editing both photos and video using software such as Adobe Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
- FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate.
- Experience with drone photography and videography.
- Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or YouTube.
- Graphic design experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Real estate photography experience.
