Purpose
Housing changes lives but only if people know the opportunity exists.
The Marketing, Communications & Storytelling Team is responsible for sharing PATH's mission with the communities, partners, municipalities, healthcare organizations, and supporters who can help expand access to homeownership. Through strategic communications, compelling storytelling, and thoughtful brand development, this team helps build trust, increase awareness, and inspire action.
Rather than simply promoting programs, this team communicates the human impact behind PATH's work and demonstrates how housing, health, and economic opportunity intersect to strengthen communities.
Mission
Design and implement marketing strategies that elevate PATH's visibility, strengthen its brand, and communicate the measurable impact of its work.
Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will help tell stories that connect research, development, healthcare, and community engagement into one compelling narrative.
Signature Project
PATH Brand & Communications Strategy 2026
Develop a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy that positions PATH as a leader in housing, homeownership, and community impact.
The project will culminate in a professional presentation during the PATH Social Impact Showcase.
Key Projects
- Develop PATH's annual marketing strategy
- Create an editorial and content calendar
- Produce educational campaigns around housing and homeownership
- Expand website content
- Develop donor and partner communication materials
- Capture participant success stories
- Create photography and video assets
- Support community event promotion
- Strengthen PATH's visual brand identity
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a multi-channel content calendar
- Write website, newsletter, email, and social media content
- Interview participants, volunteers, and partners to capture authentic stories
- Coordinate photography and video production
- Assist with website updates and content management
- Design marketing materials for workshops, events, and presentations
- Track campaign performance using engagement analytics
- Present campaign recommendations to PATH leadership
Preferred Qualifications
Students pursuing degrees in:
- Marketing
- Communications
- Journalism
- Public Relations
- Graphic Design
- Film & Digital Media
- Advertising
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, WordPress, or social media management platforms is a plus.

Your work won't simply build a brand it will help expand opportunities for individuals and families seeking a path toward long-term stability and success.
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, or HubSpot is a plus.
