BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM LEAD
Title: Before and After School Program Lead
Hourly Rate: $16.00-$19.38 an hour
Part-time, 10-month school year (late August through mid-June)
Monday-Friday, 2:30 pm-6:00 pm
Reports To: Program Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide academic and enrichment assistance to students in grades K4-5th
on an individual and group basis.
- Develop, facilitate, and lead lesson plans for children in K4-5th grade.
- Supervise and manage youth who participate in the Before and After Care Program.
4. Build communication and effective relationships with parents and students.
5. Ensure a warm and safe environment for youth.
6. Work well within a team to provide a well-managed and professional program.
7. Other duties as assigned.
Qualification:
Preferred candidates will have a degree in education or a related field. Experience working with youth ages 4-12 years old in a group or one-on-one setting is a must. Candidate must be a self-starter, flexible to meet the needs of a fast-paced, dynamic care environment, and have excellent communication skills.

Evaluation: Following successful probation, evaluation shall occur every year. The evaluation will be conducted by the Program Site Manager.
