Earthside Farms
Earthside Farms is a fast-growing snack brand focused on clean ingredient candied nuts and organic dried fruit products. Our products are sold across major retail, marketplace, and eCommerce channels, and we are looking for a highly analytical, execution-focused Performance Marketing Manager to help scale profitable growth across digital platforms.
This is not a “brand awareness” role. We are looking for someone who understands performance marketing, marketplace algorithms, contribution margin, and how to profitably scale a consumable CPG brand.
Responsibilities
 

Marketplace & Paid Media Management
 

  • Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP
  • Manage Walmart Connect campaigns and improve  performance
  • Launch, manage, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
  • Launch, test, and optimize TikTok Shop and TikTok Ads campaigns
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max
  • Manage Reddit advertising campaigns and identify relevant community targeting opportunities
  • Support Instacart Ads and other retail media initiatives
  • Help drive growth and visibility on Faire and other marketplace channels

 

Performance Optimization
 

  • Improve TACOS, ROAS, contribution margin, and overall profitability
  • Conduct keyword research, bid optimization, audience targeting, and campaign restructuring
  • Continuously test creative, audiences, landing pages, and promotional strategies
  • Identify scaling opportunities while maintaining efficiency targets
  • Monitor inventory levels and adjust advertising spend accordingly
  • Analyze customer acquisition costs, repeat purchase behavior, and LTV

 

Reporting & Analytics
 

  • Build and maintain weekly performance dashboards
  • Report on channel performance, trends, and growth opportunities
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data and performance insights
  • Analyze competitive activity and marketplace trends

 

Cross Functional Collaboration
 

  • Work closely with leadership, operations, and creative teams
  • Coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns
  • Help improve product listings and conversion rates
  • Support marketplace expansion opportunities

 

Requirements
Must Have
 

  • 3+ years managing performance marketing for eCommerce or CPG brands
  • Deep experience with Amazon PPC
  • Experience with Walmart Connect
  • Experience managing Meta Ads
  • Experience managing Google Ads and YouTube campaigns
  • Experience scaling TikTok Shop or TikTok Ads
  • Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Ability to interpret data and make fast decisions
  • Experience managing advertising budgets profitably

 

Strongly Preferred
 

  • Experience with Reddit Ads and community-driven marketing
  • Experience with Instacart Ads or retail media networks
  • Experience working with food, beverage, or snack brands
  • Experience with Shopify brands
  • Familiarity with tools such as Helium10, Data Dive, Pacvue, Perpetua, Quartile, Triple Whale, or similar platforms
  • Understanding of retail velocity and omnichannel strategy
  • Experience with creative testing and landing page optimization
