Are you currently pursuing your BCBA certification and looking for meaningful hands-on experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis? Canyon ABA is seeking motivated, compassionate, and growth-oriented ABA Student Analysts to join our team while completing their supervision hours.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world clinical experience working alongside experienced BCBAs while making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Canyon ABA provides high-quality, individualized ABA therapy services to children throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. We offer in-home, community-based, and school/daycare-based services and are committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care while fostering a supportive environment for our clinicians.
What You'll Do
- Assist BCBAs with assessment, treatment planning, and clinical programming
- Help train, mentor, and support BTs and RBTs in the implementation of ABA programs
- Provide performance feedback and model effective intervention strategies under BCBA supervision
- Conduct direct observations and collect behavioral data
- Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
- Participate in caregiver training and team meetings
- Assist with graphing, data analysis, and program updates
- Collaborate with Behavior Technicians, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and BCBAs
- Gain experience with treatment plan development, behavior intervention plans, and clinical documentation
- Receive mentorship and supervision toward BCBA certification requirements

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a BACB-approved coursework sequence or graduate program in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field
- Actively pursuing BCBA certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation for travel throughout the DFW area
- Ability to pass a background check
- Previous experience working with children preferred
- RBT certification is a plus but not required
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Familiarity with ABA principles and behavior analytic terminology
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently while receiving clinical supervision
