Key Responsibilities

Conduct research on international trade regulations, tariff schedules, and trade agreements (e.g., EU, ASEAN, USMCA).
Assist in preparing export/import documentation including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
Monitor international freight movements and prepare logistics performance reports.
Support process improvement initiatives in supply chain transparency and customs clearance.
Analyze global logistics trends, shipping routes, and cost-efficiency data.
Participate in virtual meetings with international clients and suppliers.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a Master’s or final-year Bachelor’s program in International Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
Basic knowledge of Incoterms, global shipping processes, and trade compliance.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is an asset).
