Now hiring someone to work in our Community Day Program, 5 days a week, 6 hours a day in Carlsbad, CA.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Driver's license
Reliable transportation
CPR certification
Able to pass a background check
Negative TB test
Experience not necessary to apply
What You'll Do:
Provide supervision, safety, and companionship
Follow Person-Centered care plans
Complete daily documentation and communicate effectively
Support meaningful choices, personal goals, and community engagement
Teach life skills and self-advocacy
