Behavior Specialist

The Behavior Specialist/Analyst provides behavior intervention services for identified individuals using principles of applied behavior analysis and other evidence-based strategies. 

Primary duties include conducting behavioral assessments (functional behavior assessments and analysis), providing hands-on intensive skills training, and staff consultation and training.

Qualifications:

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, ABA, or other related field

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Preferred

Experience working with school-aged children/adolescents (ages 5-21) with autism required.

Experience in behavior analysis is preferred
