American Intl Beauty is seeking an experienced and motivated Brand Manager to support the growth and development of Satin Smooth and Clean and Easy brand portfolio. This role is responsible for shaping and owning what we launch, how we bring it to market, and why it matters. From early concept development through retail execution, you will own key parts of the brand journey and help define how consumers experience Satin Smooth & Clean and Easy.


 

This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role, working closely with cross-functional partners and leadership to turn ideas into commercially successful products and campaigns.


 

Responsibilities:

Shape What Comes Next (Brand & Product Strategy Ownership)

  • Define and develop what we bring to market, from early concept through launch
  • Translate trends, consumer insights, and instincts into clear, actionable brand opportunities
  • Develop product positioning, naming, claims, and messaging that are distinct and ownable
  • Identify white space opportunities and actively push the brand into new growth areas
  • Influence product direction based on market gaps, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape

Lead Launches That Matter (Go-to-Market Ownership)

  • Own go-to-market strategy across retail, digital, and social channels
  • Build compelling product stories and campaign narratives that resonate with consumers
  • Partner closely with creative teams on packaging direction, visual identity, and messaging
  • Drive execution timelines and ensure alignment across all stakeholders
  • Keep cross-functional teams aligned, informed, and moving with clarity and urgency

Drive Cross-Functional Execution

  • Collaborate with R&D, Packaging, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain from concept to shelf
  • Ensure product development aligns with brand vision, consumer needs, and commercial goals
  • Manage priorities across multiple launches and initiatives simultaneously
  • Serve as a key decision-maker in bringing products successfully to market

Own Performance & Growth

  • Monitor product and campaign performance post-launch
  • Use data, sales trends, and consumer feedback to optimize future launches
  • Continuously refine positioning and messaging based on real market performance
  • Ensure launches are not only creative—but commercially successful


 

Qualifications:

We care more about mindset and ownership than checking every box.

  • 3–5+ years of experience in beauty, personal care, or consumer goods (nails/depilatories/skincare a strong plus)
  • You’ve been involved in bringing products to market and are ready to own them end-to-end
  • You think both creatively and commercially—ideas must also drive results
  • You have strong instincts for what makes a product compelling on shelf and in-market
  • You care deeply about detail—from formula and packaging to messaging and execution
  • You are proactive, resourceful, and comfortable moving fast with ambiguity
  • You naturally step up, take ownership, and drive work forward without needing direction
