Customer Service Shop Associate

We're Looking for a high energy, driven individual for our fast-growing online men's apparel brand.  Position will be based in our design office and fit shop located in the Flatiron District of NYC. A positive attitude is essential to performing duties in the shop and through customer service online. Responsibilities will be broad, as we are a small team; and associates will work side-by-side with our full time staff. All employees have the opportunity to be involved with product development, social media, sales, and marketing, and to grow their role at the company. 

Shop hours are seven days a week 11AM-6PM. The position will be part time to start and focused on customer service and shop management, but both hours and responsibilities have room to expand.
