Sales Assistant

Role Overview:

Nargo Industries is seeking a proactive and organized Sales Assistant to support our sales department in achieving its growth goals. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, assist vendors, and ensure that our sales processes run efficiently. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who excels in communication, organization, and customer relationship management. 

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing Purchase orders, sales invoices, logistics, and follow up on bills etc.
  • Client Communication: Act as a primary contact for incoming client inquiries via phone and email, providing professional and timely responses.
  • Order Management: Process sales orders, track shipment statuses, and ensure all internal documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or customer-facing sales support role.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace. 
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Organization: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize daily tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues quickly and propose practical solutions to client requests.

Bilingual Spanish Preferred
