Commercial Real Estate Associate
We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Commercial Real Estate Associate to join our growing team. This role offers hands-on exposure across multiple facets of commercial real estate, including brokerage, investment sales, leasing, acquisitions, and development. The ideal candidate is driven, relationship-oriented, and eager to build a long-term career in commercial real estate.
Unlike traditional brokerage roles, this position provides a unique opportunity to gain experience not only in transactions but also in the development and investment side of the business.
Requirements
- Active real estate license (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong interest in commercial real estate, development, and investment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Financial analysis or sales experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Source and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Assist in leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and investment sales
- Conduct market research and analyze property values, trends, and comparable sales
- Prepare offering memorandums, broker opinions of value, and financial analyses
- Support client relations and maintain strong communication with investors, tenants, and property owners
- Assist in underwriting potential development and acquisition opportunities
- Coordinate property tours, meetings, and due diligence processes
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and deals
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic growth initiatives
