AR/AP Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to bridge our finance and sales operations. In this role, you will manage the full invoice lifecycle and support our sales and logistics teams to ensure accurate financial processing and efficient operations. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounts Payable: Manage vendor invoices, verify billing accuracy, and process entries in QuickBooks.
  • Accounts Receivable: Monitor incoming payments, track outstanding invoices, and follow up to keep accounts current.
  • Financial & Sales Admin: Reconcile sales orders, maintain digital financial records, and assist with import/export documentation.
  • Communication: Act as the primary liaison between sales, logistics, and management to resolve billing discrepancies.

Qualifications

  • Experience: BA in Accounting/Finance OR 2+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Software: Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, keen attention to numerical detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Bonus: Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
