We're looking for curious, positive, and motivated Customer Success interns to support our customer care team with customer service, customer outreach, and ecommerce. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced environment, is a proactive problem solver, and has strong interpersonal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist current and prospective customers throughout their dumbphone journey
- Conduct customer service calls and check-ins
- maintain accurate, up to-date account and contact records
- Identify recurring customer issues and proactively problem solve
- Improve customer care efficiency and enhance the customer experience

- Strong communication, organization, and problem solving skills
- You are able to build authentic customer relationships
- You are comfortable facilitating customer-facing experiences
