Position Overview
Indus Group is seeking a motivated, proactive, and career-driven Business Development Intern to support our business growth initiatives and client engagement efforts. This internship offers hands-on exposure to business development, sales strategy, market research, lead generation, and client relationship management.

What You'll Do
As a Business Development Intern, you will:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and business opportunities.
Support lead generation efforts through prospecting, outreach campaigns, and relationship-building activities.
Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Support the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
Collaborate with internal teams to execute growth and client engagement initiatives.
Track outreach activities, maintain records, and prepare progress reports.
Participate in strategic discussions and contribute ideas for business expansion.

Qualifications
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Interest in business development, sales, marketing, consulting, or entrepreneurship.
Strong research, analytical, and organizational abilities.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in English and familiarity with basic business productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
Preferred
Previous leadership, sales, marketing, or customer-facing experience through internships, projects, student organizations, or volunteer activities.
Familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn outreach, or digital marketing tools is a plus.
