baselFLO is a Swiss-American creative platform connecting visual arts, photography, film, culture, and entrepreneurship between Florida, Los Angeles, New York, and Basel, Switzerland. We collaborate with artists, photographers, filmmakers, and cultural organizations on exhibitions, events, creative productions, and storytelling projects.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student or recent graduate to provide flexible, part-time support for a few hours per month, with the possibility of increased involvement as projects grow.
Responsibilities may include:
Updating and maintaining the company website
Assisting with social media content creation, scheduling, and posting
Basic administrative support, including email follow-up, research, and organization
Supporting art exhibitions, events, and creative projects
Assisting with photography, video, film, and content production (depending on skills and interests)
Conducting online research related to artists, cultural organizations, grants, sponsorships, and partnerships
Helping organize digital files, project materials, and marketing assets
Preferred Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms
Basic website management experience (WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, or similar)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Interest in visual arts, photography, film, culture, or creative entrepreneurship
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing, photography, or content creation is a plus, but not required
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university program
Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently
Based in South Florida preferred, but remote candidates will be considered
Available for occasional meetings and flexible project-based work
