Position: Full-Time Toddler Teacher
Pay: $16–$20 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Schedule: 35–40 hours per week

About the Role
We are seeking a passionate, caring, and self-motivated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. You would works with children ages 2–2 1/2 or 2.5-3 years old in a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment. We are looking for educators who genuinely loves working with young children and is committed to supporting their growth, learning, development, and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Create a safe, warm, and welcoming classroom environment
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and team members
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's daily activities and progress
- Encourage independence, curiosity, and confidence in young learners
- Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and compliance with licensing requirements
- Observe and document children's development and milestones
- Work collaboratively with fellow educators to support a positive school culture
Qualifications
- Experience working with toddlers and/or preschool-aged children preferred
- Passion for early childhood education and child development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
- Ability to maintain a calm, positive, and patient demeanor
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- CDA, Early Childhood Education coursework, or related experience preferred
