Toddler & Preschool Teacher Positions

Full-Time Toddler Teacher (Ages 2–2.5) 

Full-Time Early Preschool Teacher (2.5-3)

Position: Full-Time Toddler Teacher
Pay: $16–$20 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Schedule: 35–40 hours per week

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate, caring, and self-motivated Early Childhood Educator to join our team.  You would works with children ages 2–2 1/2 or 2.5-3 years old in a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment. We are looking for educators who genuinely loves working with young children and is committed to supporting their growth, learning, development, and well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Create a safe, warm, and welcoming classroom environment
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, and team members
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's daily activities and progress
  • Encourage independence, curiosity, and confidence in young learners
  • Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and compliance with licensing requirements
  • Observe and document children's development and milestones
  • Work collaboratively with fellow educators to support a positive school culture

Qualifications

  • Experience working with toddlers and/or preschool-aged children preferred
  • Passion for early childhood education and child development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
  • Ability to maintain a calm, positive, and patient demeanor
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • CDA, Early Childhood Education coursework, or related experience preferred
