We are looking for a Recruiting and HR Intern to join our Houston team for Fall 2026. Staffing our clinics and hospital partnerships with qualified psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, nurses, and therapists is one of the most critical functions in the organization, and you will contribute directly to that effort. You will work alongside our recruiting and HR team to source candidates, manage job postings, support the interview coordination process, assist with onboarding, and maintain our applicant tracking systems. This is a high-volume environment where accuracy, follow-through, and communication matter.

Desired skills include strong written and verbal communication, comfort with phone-based candidate outreach, excellent organization and attention to detail, discretion when handling confidential information, familiarity with LinkedIn or job board platforms, and basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. Prior experience in recruiting, HR operations, or healthcare staffing is a plus.
