We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support customer projects from order receipt through shipment. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain exposure to manufacturing operations, production planning, customer communication, quality systems, and project management within a growing manufacturing environment.
Position Summary
The Project Coordinator serves as a key link between customers, engineering, quality, purchasing, suppliers, and production. The successful candidate will help ensure projects remain on schedule, customer requirements are communicated effectively, and manufacturing activities progress smoothly from planning through delivery.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate customer orders from receipt through shipment
- Monitor project schedules and delivery commitments
- Track production progress and job status within the ERP system
- Coordinate outside processing suppliers and subcontractors
- Assist with customer communications regarding project status and delivery schedules
- Support engineering change implementation and revision control
- Work with purchasing, quality, engineering, and production teams to resolve issues and maintain project flow
- Maintain project records and documentation
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency projects
- Support AS9100 quality system and aerospace/defense manufacturing requirements

- Related technical or business disciplines
Preferred Skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Interest in manufacturing operations and project management
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus but not required
