What You'll Do
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians and Assistant Behavior Analysts
- Analyze client data and adjust programming to support progress
- Provide caregiver training and collaborate with families
- Coordinate care with schools, providers, and community partners
- Complete clinical documentation and treatment and transition plans
- Travel between service locations to provide supervision and support
Who We're Looking For
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Active BCBA® certification
- Washington LBA or ability to obtain licensure within 90 days of hire
- Minimum of two years of experience providing ABA services
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic schedule
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
