Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Contractor

 Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and collaborative Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team as a contractor. This role is ideal for a provider who is interested in leading small, structured group medical visits or clinics for patients with substance use and mental health needs. The provider will work closely with a therapist and support staff to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.

 Key Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, medication management, and follow-up for patients with substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions
• Practice within a harm reduction framework aligned with the philosophy of the clinic
• Collaborate with a therapist and support staff to ensure smooth patient flow and coordinated care

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Credentialed in Vermont or eligible for credentialing
• Experience treating substance use disorder and/or mental health conditions preferred
• Commitment to harm reduction and patient-centered care
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, group-based care model
• Experience with telehealth or virtual care is a plus

 Compensation

• Contractor compensation commensurate with experience and time commitment
