Role Overview
As a Marketing Specialist, you will take ownership of key marketing initiatives while contributing to direction, execution, and performance across campaigns. This role goes beyond task execution. You will own projects, contribute to strategy, and help drive results through strong individual performance.

What You’ll Do

• Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, and email
• Own key marketing initiatives from concept through execution and optimization
• Contribute to marketing strategy, positioning, and growth initiatives
• Collaborate with team members across projects and campaigns
• Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve results
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, efficiency, and impact
• Contribute to brand direction and support brand consistency across all channels
