What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Learn customer needs and recommend creative custom solutions
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations
- Manage customer communications throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and manufacturing teams to bring projects to life
- Attend customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events
- Maintain CRM records and sales activity
- Meet and exceed sales goals and performance objectives
What We're Looking For
- Proven success in sales, business development, account management, customer service, or other customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Bonus Points For
- Experience in retail displays, store fixtures, packaging, printing, manufacturing, or related industries
- CRM experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
