Position Title: General Affairs Coordinator
Experience Level: Entry-Level to Early Career (Less than 2 Years of Experience)
Location: Dublin, Georgia
Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000
Company Overview
Our client is a Tier-1 supplier to Hyundai and Kia Motors and a global automotive parts manufacturer. The company is a newly established U.S. production facility backed by more than $176 million in investment and expected to create over 460 jobs. With continued growth driven by the expansion of the electric vehicle (EV) industry, the company operates globally with locations in Korea, the United States, Brazil, India, and China.
As the Dublin, Georgia facility continues to expand, we are seeking motivated individuals to join the General Affairs team and grow with the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support administrative and general office operations.
- Assist with the management of office supplies, company assets, and company vehicles.
- Support employee welfare programs, company events, and internal activities.
- Organize, maintain, and manage various company documents and records.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to support daily business operations.
- Assist with general administrative and facility-related tasks as assigned.
- Support communication between local operations and headquarters when needed.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree required (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Ability to communicate professionally in both Korean and English (spoken and written).
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is required.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work responsibly, professionally, and independently.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred
- Previous experience in General Affairs, Administration, Office Support, Human Resources, or related functions.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Experience working in a Korean and English bilingual business environment is preferred.
