TUF Sports Apparel is seeking a Women’s Division State Director to help lead the expansion of our girls’ and women’s athletics division throughout Minnesota.

This role is designed for an ambitious leader who wants more than an entry-level sales position. The selected candidate will help shape strategy, recruit talent, build relationships with athletic programs, and establish TUF’s presence within girls’ sports across the state.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Building relationships with coaches, athletic directors, and athletic programs
• Developing opportunities within girls’ volleyball, basketball, softball, flag football, and club sports
• Recruiting and mentoring Territory Account Executives
• Helping establish statewide growth initiatives
• Leading weekly team meetings and territory development efforts
• Serving as the face of TUF Women’s Athletics in your market

This position is designed as a leadership track role with advancement opportunities into Regional Director and executive-level growth positions as TUF expands into additional states.
