Land Surveyor

Responsibilities

· Create, coordinate and oversee ALTA, Boundary, Platting, As-Built & Topographic Surveys using knowledge of statutes and regulations of applicable State and County Laws.

· Participate in workflow processes with field crew and CAD drafting for project quality and ensure compliance with committed deadlines.

· Site visits as needed to ensure proper and timely completion of project.

· Collaborate with other technical teams to establish goals, schedules and budgets.

· Hearing & client meeting attendance

Qualifications

· Pursuing certification and licensing for Registered Professional Land Survey.

· B.S. Surveying or equivalent education.

· Pursuing survey experience.

· Proficient in AutoCAD

· Drone and LIDAR experience a plus

· Possess strong leadership qualities and project management skills

· Good communicator

· Valid driver's license

· Drug screening compliance

Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience
