Trueglory Solutions is a community-driven marketing and sales firm based in Medford, OR — and we're looking for an enthusiastic, people-first Junior Marketing Assistant to join our team. You'll be out in the field every day, representing our clients face-to-face, connecting with customers, and contributing to live marketing campaigns from day one.

No prior marketing experience required. We train you from the ground up.

What You'll Be Doing

• Representing Trueglory Solutions and our clients at face-to-face, community-based marketing events and campaigns across the Medford area
• Engaging directly with customers and clearly communicating brand messaging and value
• Working alongside your team daily to execute marketing campaigns and hit goals
• Supporting senior team members with campaign planning, execution, and reporting
• Building positive relationships with customers and community partners in the field
• Attending structured training sessions covering marketing strategy, communication, and leadership skills
• Tracking and documenting campaign activity and customer interactions accurately every shift
• Bringing ideas and feedback to the table to help improve campaign performance

What We're Looking For

• A confident, people-oriented communicator who enjoys face-to-face interaction
• Organized and detail-oriented — you can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
• A self-starter who takes initiative and follows through on responsibilities
• Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred — or equivalent real-world experience
• Prior marketing experience is a plus — never a requirement
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be local to Medford, OR or willing to relocate before your start date
