Position Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and career-driven Automation Engineers to join our growing engineering team. This role is ideal for recent graduates and early-career professionals seeking to build expertise in industrial automation, controls engineering, and smart manufacturing technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs
- Configure and support HMI and SCADA applications
- Participate in commissioning and startup of automation systems
- Perform testing, debugging, and validation of control systems
- Work with industrial communication networks and field devices
- Support control panel reviews and electrical integration activities
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and technical deliverables
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and customers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
- Strong interest in Industrial Automation and Controls Engineering
- Understanding of PLC programming fundamentals
- Familiarity with industrial control systems and automation technologies
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally for project commissioning and customer support
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider, or Omron PLCs
- Exposure to FactoryTalk, WinCC, Ignition, Wonderware, or similar SCADA platforms
- Understanding of industrial networking protocols such as Ethernet/IP, Modbus, and Profinet
- Knowledge of robotics, motion control, or machine automation systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
