Business Analyst
Job Summary
The Business Analyst will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable requirements and supporting delivery within an Agile/Scrum environment. This role requires strong experience in requirements elicitation, backlog management, user story development, and cross-functional coordination throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Key Responsibilities
Gather and document business and system requirements related to construction workflows, capital projects, and field operations.
Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria to support Agile delivery.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to align business needs with technical solutions.
Support backlog management and participate in core Scrum ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, refinement).
Analyze current construction processes, schedules, and data to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
Assist with testing (QA/UAT) to ensure solutions meet project and operational requirements.
Support reporting, dashboards, and data validation related to project performance and delivery.
