Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay Rate: $21.42/hour

We are seeking motivated individuals interested in building a career in laboratory testing, quality assurance, and analytical sciences. This entry-level Laboratory Technician position provides hands-on training in a Quality Control laboratory environment where you'll learn analytical testing methods, laboratory instrumentation, quality systems, and regulatory standards.
This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates, students with science coursework, or individuals with manufacturing, quality, or laboratory experience who are eager to learn and develop new skills.
Responsibilities
Prepare process and finished product samples for laboratory analysis
Perform analytical testing using instrumental and wet chemistry procedures
Record and report test results using computerized data systems
Learn and become certified on one of four analytical laboratory testing areas
Perform routine quality control testing to support production operations
Complete calculations associated with laboratory testing
Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation
Participate in laboratory safety audits and safety engagement activities
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment
Follow all quality, safety, and regulatory requirements
Communicate testing results to laboratory and production personnel
Qualifications
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic math skills
Computer proficiency
Strong attention to detail
Good attendance and punctuality
Ability to learn new procedures and accept coaching
Commitment to workplace safety
Preferred
Coursework in Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, Environmental Science, or related sciences
Previous laboratory, manufacturing, quality control, or testing experience
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of cGMP, FDA, or quality systems
Familiarity with laboratory instrumentation such as HPLC, GC, or IC
