What You’ll Do
- Support daily customer interactions and provide helpful, friendly service
- Learn to explain products, services, and current promotions to new customers
- Assist with resolving customer questions and concerns
- Work alongside team members to meet performance and customer satisfaction goals
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Provide feedback to help improve the customer experience
- Follow company guidelines and maintain professionalism in all interactions
