Mendful is an app-in-progress that will provide human and AI-supported conflict resolution on demand, 24/7.
- Note: We do not read resumes, but rather only consider applicants who fill out our application here.
- We strongly recommend that you read about the training program first here. (Application links are on that page)
Mendful Conflict Resolution Coaches will provide live video sessions through the Mendful app to individuals and duos who want to resolve interpersonal conflicts and reach mutual decisions or agreements.
The next six-month remote training begins in July, 2026, and the training after that is a hybrid 9-month training starting in January, 2027
Tuition is required for all trainings. For the July 2026 six-month remote training, the sliding-scale tuition ranges from $700 to $3,000, depending on each participant's self-selected financial tier. Early-payment discounts of 5%–15% may be available depending on registration date. No additional mandatory fees are currently required, and work-assistance scholarships may be available for participants who need additional financial support.
- Mendful Conflict Resolution Coaches who work on the app need to pass a certification process.
- Certified Coaches may have opportunities to work with clients through the Mendful platform. We expect to begin our soft launch at approximately $30/hour and, over time, aim to reach the $50–$70/hour range as the platform grows.

Type of candidates we’re looking for
- Naturally compassionate and peace-seeking/making — you may be the go-to listener or “empath” among your friends or family
- Curious and willing to learn new ways of showing up for others, especially in moments of conflict
- Interested in personal growth and developing strong relational skills
- Able to reflect on your own performance, take in feedback, and apply it to improve
- Willing to offer others thoughtful, mindful feedback in support of their growth
- Interest in or familiarity with Nonviolent Communication (NVC), Convergent Facilitation, mediation, or other collaborative group processes is a plus, but not required
This is a training-first program with structured learning, practice, and support; participants are not expected to arrive as experts.
This program may not be a good fit for those seeking a quick certification, a highly scripted approach, or a clinical or therapeutic role. Mendful is best suited for people who are open to reflection, learning through practice in community, and developing relational skills over time.
