We work with photographers, lifestyle brands, hospitality clients, and personal brands who care about looking and sounding intentional.

Our sister studio, MadeByYou, is a creator-friendly studio space opening in Hayward where people book rooms to shoot content, record podcasts, and make things.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're hiring one person to run social media + light ad management + graphic design and marketing for our agency and our clients. This is the role for a multi-hyphenate creative who can post to Instagram in the morning, design a flyer at lunch, and tweak a Meta ad in the afternoon. You'll work directly with the founder and a small team. Lots of creative freedom, fast feedback, and real ownership over what you ship.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Plan and post content on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn for MadeByNPS, MadeByYou, and 2-3 client accounts
• - Design graphics, carousels, story posts, flyers, and digital assets in Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator
• - Schedule content through Metricool (we'll train you if you don't know it)
• - Set up and lightly manage Meta Ads (Instagram + Facebook) — boosting posts, running small lead-gen campaigns
• - Pull monthly performance numbers and share what's working / not working
• - Help with brand consistency across all touchpoints — emails, posts, decks, etc.
• - Frequent on-set day at a content shoot, helping behind the camera

WHAT YOU NEED

Must-haves:

• Graphic & Brand Design: Design visual content for Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Pinterest, and email campaigns. Develop scalable brand design elements, including logos, icons, typography systems, and reusable templates.
• Content Creation: Support content layout, format assets for specific platforms, and uphold a cohesive visual identity across all collateral. 
• Digital Marketing & Ads: Assist in building launch assets and promotional graphics. Leverage Meta Ads Manager to plan, build, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns. 

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 1-3+ years running social media for a brand or as a freelancer.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma) and Canva.
• Advertising Knowledge: Hands-on experience executing and tracking digital ad campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
• Aesthetic & Soft Skills: Strong eye for design, reliable, communicative, and detail-oriented regarding deadlines.
• Location: Must be based in or near Hayward, CA, and be comfortable commuting for frequent in-studio days. 

Nice-to-haves:

• TikTok content creation experience
• - Klaviyo email marketing experience
• - Video editing (CapCut, Premiere)
• - Experience with caterers, creator economy or lifestyle brands
