Product Development Coordinator

Product Development Coordinator: 

We’re looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized Product Development Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support the end-to-end development of new products, ensuring seamless coordination across cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in product development, project management, and bringing innovative products to market in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. 

Responsibilities:

Organize product samples, testing processes, and cross-functional feedback loops to drive continuous improvement. 

Support the execution of product testing, and formulation iterations. 

Conduct in-depth research on consumer trends, competitive products, and market opportunities to identify insights that drive product innovation. Synthesize and present market landscape analyses and strategic recommendations to executive leadership. 

Analyze product testing data across key performance metrics to evaluate product efficacy and consumer experience. Translate findings into actionable insights and present high-level recommendations and areas for optimization to executive leadership. 

Support the development and launch of new products by coordinating timelines, tracking project milestones, and ensuring deadlines are met. 

Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, marketing, and design teams to facilitate product development from concept to launch. 

Assist in sourcing and managing supplier relationships, tracking production progress, and ensuring quality standards are met. 

Maintain detailed documentation of product specifications, testing results, and development timelines. 

Track and analyze performance metrics post-launch, gathering insights for future product improvements. 

Stay up to date on industry trends, materials, and emerging innovations to contribute fresh ideas to the product pipeline. 

Background:

BA/BS degree in Business, Engineering, or a related product field from a top university. 

A creative and analytical thinker who can see the big picture while diving into data to solve problems. 

Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. No task is too big or too small when it comes to achieving team goals. 

Passion for product innovation, consumer trends, and bringing high-quality products to market. 

Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail. 

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively across teams. 

Analytical thinker with the ability to track performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights. 

Highly adaptable and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. 

Prior experience or internships in product development, supply chain, or project management is a plus.
