Title: Senior Embedded Software Engineer
Location: Torrance, CA 90503
Duration: 24 Months (Possible Extension/Conversion)
Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
Must Have
- Strong Embedded Software Development experience
- C/C++ programming in embedded systems
- GNSS/GPS navigation systems and algorithms
- Estimation theory and navigation algorithm development
- Software design, testing, and debugging
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and document GNSS navigation algorithms
- Implement embedded software solutions using C/C++
- Develop navigation products and positioning solutions
- Participate in software and algorithm design reviews
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
- Support product development, validation, and system integration
- Create and maintain technical documentation
Preferred Skills
- Embedded Linux or RTOS experience
- Sensor fusion and state estimation
- Kalman Filtering
- Vehicle guidance, autonomous systems, or robotics experience
- Software architecture and system-level design
- Project leadership experience
