Janssen Partners is a boutique investment bank specializing in late-stage private placements and special purpose vehicles. We provide high-net-worth individuals and family offices with access to institutional-quality deal flow in some of the most exciting private companies in the world.

The Role

We are looking for a talented and motivated Web Design Intern to lead a full visual rebrand of our existing website. This is a hands-on opportunity to take ownership of a real project from start to finish — modernizing the look and feel of our online presence to reflect the caliber of our firm and the clients we serve.

You will work directly with firm leadership and have significant creative input on the final product.

What You Will Do

  • Audit the existing website and identify areas for visual and UX improvement
  • Develop a modern, sleek design direction appropriate for a private investment firm
  • Redesign and rebuild the site with updated branding, typography, color palette, and layout
  • Ensure the site is clean, professional, mobile-responsive, and fast-loading
  • Deliver a final product that is easy for the team to update going forward

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating modern, clean web design (financial services, fintech, or professional services experience is a plus)
  • Proficiency in Webflow, Squarespace, or similar no-code/low-code platforms (or HTML/CSS if building custom)
  • A strong eye for typography, whitespace, and visual hierarchy
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own timeline
  • Strong communication skills and responsiveness — this is a remote role
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a design, marketing, or related program preferred

Nice to Have

  • Experience designing for financial services, investment firms, or professional B2B brands
  • Familiarity with brand identity and logo refinement
  • Experience with Figma or Adobe XD for mockups prior to build
