Dealership Partnership Representative

Snap Insurance is a fast-growing Arizona insurance agency looking for an outgoing, motivated individual to help grow our dealership network throughout the Phoenix metro area.

In this role, you'll spend time visiting car dealerships, building relationships with sales managers and sales staff, introducing Snap Insurance's services, and generating referral opportunities. This is a highly social, relationship-driven position ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people and being out in the field rather than sitting behind a desk.

Responsibilities:

• Visit dealerships throughout the Valley
• Build relationships with dealership owners, managers, and sales staff
• Educate dealerships about Snap Insurance and our referral program
• Maintain and grow existing dealer accounts
• Generate new referral partnerships
• Represent the Snap brand professionally
• Track dealership visits and partnership opportunities

Requirements:

• Strong communication and people skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Sales, marketing, dealership, or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable visiting businesses and networking daily
