Symphony Financial Services, Inc. is an Akron-based independent wealth management firm committed to delivering disciplined, multi-dimensional financial guidance to individuals, families, business owners, and institutions across the country. We are seeking bright, motivated, and driven students with a passion for finance and investing to join our Fall 2026 Internship Program. Interns will gain hands-on exposure to market research, retirement operations, wealth management, and client service while working alongside experienced industry professionals.

 

Internship Details

  • Term: Fall 2026 (August – December)
  • Schedule: Minimum 20 hours per week; maximum 40 hours per week
  • Location: Akron, Ohio

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist advisors and team members with daily business operations
  • Conduct market, industry, and field research
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets and reports
  • Support retirement and wealth management operations
  • Deliver an exceptional client service experience
  • Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional improvement

 

Qualifications

  • Strong work ethic and professional attitude
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Interest in finance, investing, and wealth management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications preferred
