Circle of Support Leader

This position serves as a key student leadership role within the EDGE Program by providing individualized mentorship, support coordination, and advocacy for students with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Grounded in the mission of the EDGE Program, this role supports student growth across the areas of Employment Training, Daily Living Skills, Godly Focus, and Educational Enrichment while encouraging independence, self-advocacy, and personal development.

As the primary peer leader within a student’s Circle of Support, this position is responsible for fostering meaningful relationships, coordinating peer mentor involvement, communicating student progress and needs with EDGE staff, and creating opportunities for students to thrive within the campus community.
