Responsibilities:

- Project a positive image when representing AIYA to clients and the community

- Answer calls from the main line, respond to basic inquiries, and direct callers to the appropriate person or department

- Develop visual concepts and design graphics for various purposes

- Incorporate feedback from clients or team members and make necessary revisions to designs to meet project requirements

- Collaborate with clients or internal teams to understand design requirements, objectives, and specifications for each project

- Manage clerical work and prepare documents for internal teams

- Prepare reports for operations

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Proficiency in English and Chinese is a plus, but not required

- Excellent computer skills; including Microsoft Office

- Previous experience as a Graphic Designer

- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Figma

- Bachelor’s degrees required
