At Residex, we believe intelligent care isn’t just a promise—it’s our platform. Our AI-driven SaaS solutions are redefining senior living, empowering caregivers, clinicians, and families to deliver higher quality, more personalized care through real-time insights, proactive alerts, and seamless data orchestration. About Residex

Residex.ai is a mid-market SaaS company delivering cutting-edge AI solutions to the assisted living and senior living industry. Our platform uses intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and integrated workflows to help caregivers and administrators improve outcomes while reducing operational complexity. We serve 2,500 communities across North America with a rapidly expanding footprint.

Key Responsibilities

Residex is investing heavily in how we capture, organize, and activate institutional knowledge. The Data Governance Analyst will own the day-to-day operations of that effort — ensuring content flowing through our data pipeline is accurately classified, consistently maintained, and accessible to the teams that depend on it. This is a foundational role within our Data & Platform organization, sitting at the intersection of data quality, process discipline, and AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities include:

  • Classify and tag content flowing through the data pipeline; review and confirm AI-proposed metadata assignments.
  • Maintain the classification taxonomy and naming standards; document decisions and edge cases as they arise.
  • Run monthly pipeline quality reviews and coordinate prompt refinements to improve AI tagging accuracy over time.
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for department AI Champions on tagging questions and content submissions.
  • Manage periodic retroactive classification efforts across the content backlog.
  • Track repository coverage and quality metrics; report progress to leadership quarterly.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • Candidate has completed or is in the process of completing their Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quantum Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or similar.
  • Demonstrated experience with structured data, metadata, or content classification — in any context.
  • Proficiency in Confluence and SharePoint; familiarity with workflow automation tools a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to make consistent judgment calls on ambiguous inputs.
  • Clear written communicator — this role documents decisions that others will rely on.
  • Interest in AI-assisted workflows and data governance.

Why Join Residex?

  • Purpose That Matters: Be part of a mission that directly impacts the quality of life for seniors and the caregivers who serve them.
  • True Ownership: Own a core operational function from the ground up — you’ll build the processes, standards, and habits that define how Residex manages its data long-term.
  • Cross-Functional Exposure: Work directly with teams across clinical, finance, compliance, and product — this role touches every part of the business.
  • Rapid Growth, Real Impact: Join at a high-growth inflection point with the resources, customers, and market tailwinds to go big.
  • A Culture of Craft and Care: We take pride in what we build and care deeply about the people we build it for—and with.

Ready to Shape the Future of AI in Senior Living?
