Live Commerce Analyst

Timeless XI is a Tampa-based live commerce brand selling sneakers, apparel, and fragrances through nightly TikTok Shop live auction streams. We're looking for a Live Commerce Analytics & Strategy Intern who's sharp with numbers and curious about what actually drives sales on a live stream.

You'll work directly with leadership to turn raw sales data into decisions — figuring out which products move, which stream segments perform, and where we're leaving money on the table. If you like spreadsheets, patterns, and being the person who knows the answer, this is your role.

What you'll do:

  • Pull and organize stream performance data from TikTok Shop CSV exports
  • Track sell-through rates, average sale price, and per-segment performance
  • Identify which SKUs and product categories perform best (and worst) on stream
  • Build simple dashboards and reports that inform buying and pricing decisions
  • Help analyze pricing against StockX/GOAT comps
  • Surface actionable recommendations to the team

What we're looking for:

  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, basic data cleanup)
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Comfort working with messy real-world data
  • Self-directed and able to translate numbers into plain-English insights
  • Interest in ecommerce, sneakers, or live commerce is a plus
  • Bonus: familiarity with data visualization tools or basic SQL
