SUMMARY
Organize and monitor the registration and attendance processes. Maintain student records. Edit, store, and prepare and distribute reports on grades and attendance.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Four years of progressively responsible experience in student registration or attendance procedures, general office or record keeping procedures.
- Computer and word processing skills.
- Verbal & written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions.
REQUIREMENTS PRIOR TO START DATE
- FBI fingerprint background check (at employee’s expense).
- Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bilingual - (English/Spanish Proficiency)

Classification: White Collar
FTE: 1.0 – 8 hours per day
Work Calendar: 12 month
Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits.
