Project Operations Coordinator
Overview
We are hiring a Project Operations Coordinator to support communication, scheduling, documentation, and coordination between our office, project managers, vendors, and field teams.
This role is ideal for someone interested in project management, operations, supply chain, logistics, construction management, or field operations. You will help keep active projects organized, ensure information moves clearly between teams, and support the daily execution of business operations.
This is a fast-paced, in-person position with strong growth potential for someone who is organized, reliable, and ready to take responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
Support project managers with scheduling, documentation, and task tracking
Coordinate communication between office staff and field teams
Help track active project priorities, deadlines, and workflow needs
Assist with vendor coordination, deliveries, and service providers
Maintain organized project records, files, and reports
Follow up on outstanding tasks to help keep projects moving
Support daily operational needs across multiple active projects
Help improve systems for tracking, communication, and documentation
What We’re Looking For
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate clearly with office, field, and vendor contacts
Interest in project management, operations, logistics, or construction-related business
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
Reliable, responsive, and comfortable following up with others
Proficient with email, spreadsheets, scheduling tools, and basic office systems
Work Environment
This role is fully in person at our Birmingham office. The environment is fast-paced and hands-on. Weekday hours may extend into the evening depending on project demands, often up to 8–9 PM during busy periods. Weekends are not required, but after-hours phone availability may be needed for urgent matters.
